Your Reservation Explained

The level of benefits included in our rates varies by country and sometimes even by location. Below is a general description of what is and what is not included. However, please check the location-specific terms and conditions for your requirements. These can be found in a link provided on the car prices page of the reservation process initiated from 'Get a Quote'. The link is contained in the blue highlighted and underlined word here found in the instruction ' View Rental Terms and Conditions for this location here' displayed at the top and bottom of the page.

On receipt of your booking, it is placed with our supplier and once confirmed, we send you a rental voucher which includes the supplier's confirmation number. You must PRINT this and take to the rental station together with your driving licence and other documents as detailed in the specific location terms.

What is Included
Rates will include unlimited mileage, liability cover for the minimum required by local law, coverage for the hired car subject to an excess deductible in most countries except USA where full cover is included ($100 liability in New York). All local/government taxes and airport fees are also included. In some countries the first additional driver is also included free.

What is not Included
Additional driver unless otherwise stated. Young driver supplement. Baby/toddler/child seat. Ski racks or snow chains. One way drop unless otherwise stated. Excess deductible. Fuel. Damage caused to tyres, wheels or glass and any damage caused wilfully or by neglect.
